I am extremely dissatisfied with the towing service provided by this company. My insurance company dispatched them to tow my car from a parking lot to my mechanic. The driver arrived in a flatbed truck, but after struggling for over two hours to load the car, he resorted to towing it from the back of the car.
The driver was inexperienced, lifted the rear of the car too high, causing the front end to scrape the ground during the tow. This resulted in significant damage to my vehicle. My m When I contacted the owner, he said it was not their fault, and it probably happened if I ran over a speed bump because my car is so low to the ground.
This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services. Their lack of professionalism and communication, paired with the damage caused to my vehicle, is unacceptable.
