If I could give a zero or a negative star I would. I had a horrible experience. I canceled my account in June. I even received a confirmation email that said my account was canceled and I would no longer be billed. Two months later they start to bill me again? Now they’re giving me some runaround excuse as to why they cannot refund my money. Mind you, I have not stepped foot in that place since June? DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. They do NOT stand behind what they say, and I even have it in writing.
