They installed my basement with no caulking at the bottom causing significant water damage and Erin, the General Manager, will not take ownership for faulty installation. He sent an incompetent installer to assess indicating that the absence of caulking at the bottom of the basement window was not the cause of water damage. Protect yourself! Take your business elsewhere! They will not take any responsibility for their mistakes!
