Called and they had somebody call me back. I sent pictures of h the issue causing less hot water had to reroute a pipe and cap another he said could be done, didn’t know why it was done that way. So all good and ready to make an appointment, however I ask it considered as a repair or Reno as we live in a Condo and need approval if a repair no issues just need to send a copy of the bill with work done and insurance from the company…., he hung up, I thought a lost connection and called back… got an answering machine and left a message to call me back and he never did! It’s a bit sketchy to me, no?!?!
From this experience I would suggest you stay away from this company
