Very disappointed with the unprofessional way my 91 year old father was treated. He had a 9:50 am appointment but after travelling 2 hours was told the doctor was in surgery and his appointment was 3:50 pm. They refused to honour the time and get him in sooner. If you are paying out of pocket you will likely have much better results
