I see Dr. Todor at Sherwood Park Integrative Health clinic and since day one she has been unable to manage her time with her patients. I have yet to have an appt with Dr. Todor where she hasn't kept me waiting in either the waiting room or in the actual examine room for less than 30 minutes. I arrived at my appt today, waited in the waiting room for 30 mins before I was taken to an examine room where I continued to wait for another hour for her to come in to see me. I could hear her talking with another patient in the room beside me for over 45 minutes. Then I felt like I was rushed through my appt because she was so far behind, that I wasn't actually heard, and just ended up getting another requisition and told we would go from there. So infuriating, and it isn't easy anymore to find another doctor when you are unsatisfied or are not getting the help you need from your current doctor, which is evident if you try to book an appt with any of the other doctor's or nurse practitioner. If Dr. Todor is unable to see patients in a timely manner, then why not change her appt times to more of a consult for each patient and book an hour to see each patient, and avoid wasting patient's time, save them the money they are losing having to book extra time off work to sit in the waiting room.
