BEWARE this company is not to be trusted. After viewing the apartment and being told we could move in Sept 1st they required a deposit of first and last months rent which we paid ( admittedly I found it a bit odd but given our in person conversation I trusted their integrity) they then sent us an application which we immediately filled out. FOUR days before our move we got an email that said " based on the information provided your application is denied". FOUR DAYS! we had already given notice and made moving arrangements as the apartment is in another city! When I called they would tell me nothing only that the manager was on holidays and would not be available for a week - AND the best part they would send me a cheque for my deposit in THREE weeks minimum. What a scam - the apartment is still for rent and who knows how many other people they took first and last months rent from to pad their bank account for a month. I would leave zero stars but sadly I must leave one to even share my experience.
