To know this Clinic from way back when and my parents, grandparents, and uncle took there pets here its a shame to be told I have to pay a deposit to be seen on Monday when I contacted you this morning you waited till 2PM to let me know any information about a non-refundable deposit. Shame on you. I will never set foot in your clinic. If I make an appointment I come and knowing my pet is sick and I am crying means its even possible she may not make it to wait till Monday. For you to tell me its you will lose that deposit is to me someone who is only looking for the $ vs pet and people. If I had never been there before then I would understand. Your tech talked to me so uncaring and not concerned and I had never been treated that way before at this place but you honestly really disappointed me. I live out of the area and still choose to make that trip but no longer. Good luck to you.
