Smelled bad. The dat boxes had not been cleaned in several days and the whole place reeked. The staff was unfriendly. I picked up my dog and there was dried poop all over his paws. The staff person gave me a wipes ti clean his paws but the poop was dried on so I had to take him home and bathe him to get it off. This place use to be very good Pre- COVID. After COVID it started going down hill. They changed their hours - before you could pick up your dogs from 4-6 on Dundays and now they are closed on Dundays so you have to pay an extra day of boarding. They said it was for the best for the dogs but it is really about them charging an extra day of boarding I don’t recommend this place.
