I made an appointment for Wednesday, and they called and asked if I would mind being moved up to Tuesday. Then, at the end of the time window, they told me the plumber wouldn't be able to make it. I should reschedule. I asked for the time I had scheduled for Wednseday.
They called again, saying the plumber was busy. I heard nothing until past the scheduled time. As I had to feed my wife, I told them not to bother. The scheduler was rude and indifferent. Evidently, business must be good because they don't give a damn about service.
Also, the last time I had them out to replace a toilet, the seat fell off, and another plumber had to come out to secure it properly.
