We contracted for interior and exterior spraying to get rid of carpenter ants, silverfish, spiders and wood bugs. 2 people were supposed to come. James came by himself and said he was spraying the interior and quoting on the remainder. When I told him that wasn’t the contract, he hasn’t read the contract. (Imagine that!). He put on his little booties and marched upstairs like he owned our place, leaving dirt on our entry floor. He then goes to our kitchen sink to mix his concoction. How thoughtless!
We left our home feeling uncomfortable. When we came back, we were greeted with dirt droppings in every room that he tracked, overspray in various places on our hardwood flooring. We have new wool carpet in the basement, seems to be oversprayed also.
We are very clean and left our home spotless. I’m not saying that the treatment will not be effective, but James certainly needs training in how to respect people and their homes. We had to vacuum the whole house and wash the hardwood floor.
