Very professional. Explained the entire procedure in detail and made sure we knew what to expect. We have animals as well as a toddler therefore we had concerns regarding their safety when it came to the products used and Khalid provided us with peace of mind when it came to safety precautions to take. I hope I never have to recommend him to you (no one wants to NEED an exterminator) but if you ever do need one, Khalid is your guy!
