My first time calling for service on one of my two garage doors for a house I just purchased. Service Tech solved the problem quickly on one of my doors and then voluntarily sprayed lubrication on the perfectly fine door. I was then charged for service on both doors. Be careful what you agree to with this company and what you sign. I definitely will not be doing business with them again.
