I m really disappointed in the grooming I got for my shih tzu. Her paws were very poorly done, a large clipper streak, down to the skin on front leg, and the groomer clipped over my dog's teats
leaving blood scabs. The "report card" was not flattering, as it usually is, I don't doubt that, seeing the care she got. Alexis you should probably go back to groomer school.

Called to complain about the groomer who did this to my Mia.
Management making me feel like I did something wrong when the groom did a piss poor job on my pup. Took both my dogs in for the same haircut. Pomeranian hair cuts. One came back great the other was chopped all to hell. Thanks to this groomer Lexie W. She shaved the ass end of my dog down to the skin from tail to hind legs. Do not use Lexie W as a groomer. After complaining to management, he made excuse after excuse as to why she was groomed so bad. Said it was a typical Pomeranian cut to shave their back end. No no it is not. I have another pup who never looked like this after a grooming. Management made me feel as though I did something wrong and I was told not to bring my dogs back to their salon. No problem I had already decided that
