We had a truly disappointing experience with Photo Perfections, Glendale. The staff was exceptionally rude throughout my interaction with them. We opted for a maternity shoot package, but the preliminary pictures they shared were of such poor quality that we requested plain photos instead. Despite our clear instructions, they proceeded to print them and forced us to come to their studio to view them. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction and requesting reprints without edits, the situation escalated unnecessarily. One of the male representatives, likely an owner, made offensive remarks about our appearance, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior exhibited by the staff at Photo Perfections, Glendale left us deeply disappointed and frustrated.
