I am very disappointed …receptionist name Amber is rude, not professional and she is a liar . We had a good agreement before I bring my to Physiosense clinic for a massage. She told me she’s not going to charge me $50 dollars coz my mother could not make it to clinic. She was not very nice to me because maybe I am an Asian. I really love the massage service but I think they hired a wrong receptionist. Bad for business they just lost 4 clients . I hope the business owner can do something about this!!!
