"I bought a Groupon for Pilates Room in San Diego, followed their activation requirements, and received confirmation. However, I was denied access at the studio and was embarrasing. The instructor called the owner Katia Pessoa, but the issue remained unresolved. The owner later called to apologize. She said I could still take the class, but was humiliated at that point. Katia promised a refund for the Groupon purchase. Despite the apology, I was left disappointed and would not recommend purchasing a Pilates Room Groupon." It looked like a nice place and was excited to try it, but the entire process was not good. Mark J.
