Did not live up to the 5-star standards advertised on the website. No show for the scheduled consultation for estimate; ended up being completed over the phone when I contacted them. No verbal or written communication to notify of expected arrival time on day of move. When I contacted the office, I was told they should arrive in 30 minutes. 3 hours later still no show and I had to call to try to obtain new ETA. No return call. I called back again 2 hours later and spoke with Richard who apologized assured me all would be done by 6PM. Movers did not arrive until 6:20 PM. Finally, at 9:30PM when the movers had all items inside, I just told them to leave, and I would handle the rest. Would not recommend as no follow up even after I expressed dissatisfaction with services.
