We were lied to during the application process. We called Gavin on 3/19 to confirm that an apartment was available, and that 2 cats would not be an issue. Gavin confirmed this and then asked us to submit an additional guarantor application. After submitting applications with paid fees for 3 people and 2 cats, we were rejected for having 2 cats.

The owner then emailed me to call me a liar, saying that the phone call never happened.
