Updated from the response: Vanessa says that I am lying about what I said. Ok Vanessa, please send me a message or email that I provided when booking, along with the pictures and videos that show me took a picture or flimed at your salon. You confidently believe that what you think is correct, so please provide me with that evidence and stop blaming me when you are not certain about it. Moreover, if you no longer have the motivation to create a set of nails worthy of the money I paid, please say so from the beginning, and I will leave. Does this mean you are saying that you just did a hasty job on my nails? And I have to pay you the full amount? Is that fair? If you are not afraid, please contact me and we will discuss this because you yourself said that you no longer have the motivation to do my nails even though I paid the right amount to get a beautiful set of nails.

I had an appointment with Vanessa for a gel fill on Tues, August 6. When I walked in and hadn't even sat down yet, she asked if I was filming her. I was confused by the sudden question and didn't understand at first, but after she repeated it several times, I finally got what she was saying. I told her no, I wasn't filming her. Then Vanessa said if I was there for a different service, I could leave. I even showed her my phone's search history, you know in iPhone when you swipe up from the bottom, which was just YouTube and Safari, not even the camera. She was super rude, didn't apologize, and just ignored me afterward.

I thought maybe Vanessa was upset because I was five minutes late after getting lost to another plaza and calling for directions to the salon. I figured it was okay and maybe she was having a bad day. So, I just watched a show on my phone and let her work on my nails because I trusted the service, with the higher price compare to another salon, the description on the profile which is an educator with a 12 years of industry experience. However, the result was disappointing. My nails were bumpy, misshaped, with uneven top coats, especially on my ring finger and thump, and very thick at the tips. I ATTACHED THE PHOTO AND VIDEO. I have never left a place without tipping the person who served me cause I also work in the service industry, I understand how tipping culture can impact a worker's day. I just felt disrespected and didn’t want to argue with her, so I simply left without tipping because I was very unhappy with the service and especially is her attitude. Moreover, Vanessa didn't even ask if I was satisfied with the shape or anything.
