I called Positive Accounting (Oakville) for advice on an accounting problem. I had thought of hiring them as I had read great reviews about their services.
Joti returned my call and after assessing the situation, advised that it would cost me a lot for her company to deal with it as it was rather painstaking. She reassured me that if I took the time, I could handle the problem myself and then she proceeded to guide me through the process. She was very pleasant and very kind. She could easily have told me to come into her office and charge me for her services. Instead, all she wanted was to know the update on the outcome when the matter was resolved. I appreciate and thank you very much for your reassurance and such kindness, Joti. I will definitely recommend Positive Accounting and hire this company should I need their services in the future
