as an old retired military member one thing I considered foremost ,that was neat, prompt and courteous. . Mr Lukashonok arrived on time neat and courteous. He presented his credentials and and proceeded to ask about the problem, he listened with concern. I showed him the work area he immediately proceeded to perform a complete diagnosis of the problem once that was completed he inform me of the finding and the repair cost along with a recommendation for a complete safety check of the system. his performance was outstanding coupled with with a professional knowledge and skill of his craft. This young man performance was very iimpressive. I would hire him with confident foe any future work. Job well done.
