This company did not assist professionally. An email was sent to Scott in November and December regarding concerns. He never responded.This review is not allegedly. These incidents happened. Glendale Police Department was called and supported us by convincing Mike Dugan to return my family's personal keys, medications and other items after they were taken and vandalize by him. He is a Realtor with Progressive Property Management. They wanted to keep our appliances; refrigerator, washers and dryers. Also, several kitchen appliances. The agents wanted to keep them for personal use and gift their daughter Erin Dugan. The ongoing issues with this Management Company became worst when we called the police on Mike Dugan. He became irate. You did expect this reaction when you stole and are hostile.

Please be advised when you discuss a Move Out and say the property was burned by my family you have not done your due diligence or research. The fire report says what actually happened. The report is 40 pages. Read the report and trust your company is in more trouble than you know.

In addition, my family and I have been completely exonerated from any legal recourse. Garrett told us what the Dugan's said to start an investigation. Traci Dugan said we were committing crimes in a Uhal. Ridiculous defamation. That's why she is trouble now.

It's really sad two horrible and outrageous agents lost their company due to fraud and misappropriations of finances. This is what Peter Altakov revealed. I do not recommend this company because there will be problems and please put away your values because they steal especially Mike Dugan. We called Glendale Police Department because of stealing and threats from Traci and Mike Dugan. Officers and detectives have given us five reports and agreed to testify during our case. We are sending reports and incident reports to all agencies. We are posting online so others are protected because we have never experienced criminal actions from a Real Estate agent.

Later, after the Move Out. Traci tried to disconnect our personal accounts.The companies called us and reported this. She was sent a Cease and Desist in 2022. The companies were stocked a Real Estate agent behaved in this manner. She even used profanity in the office and forged paperwork with our accounts.

The Dugans consider themselves gangsters using profanity, stealing, taking tenants medications, threatening behavior and fraud. Our entire experience with them was a nightmare from day one. We have reported the incidents to all agencies so everyone knows. We promise everyone will know.
