Working with Sophie was wonderful. She made everything super easy for us. She was kind and considerate and worked with our schedule. She is a definite asset.

I do not normally provide reviews like this, but my experience warrants an exception.
Approximately 2.5 years ago, my property manager in Tallahassee informed me that they were closing their property management business down. As a result, I was forced to rapidly find another management company
Fortunately, I received a referral from my CPA to speak with Patrick from the company now called Proper-T Management Services. Patrick provided me confidence that they could fill the breach and that they knew their business.
After I signed the management agreement with them, I was introduced to Forrest Speake who was to be the responsible service manager for my property. Forrest did well on the transition. He set in motion some great changes and I was pleased. When Forrest was promoted, I became apprehensive. He was doing so well, and I did not know what I would get in Forrest's replacement.
Enter Sophie! As my "new" responsible service manager, Sophie has been exceptional. Working with Forrest, who is now in a position of higher responsibility, Sophie has elevated Proper-T's performance, attention to detail and responsiveness.
The entire team at Proper-T are complete property management professionals. They know what they are doing and they are exception in their execution. If you are a property owner and looking for someone to handle the day-to-day details on your property, you would do well to contact Patrick.

DO NOT LIVE HERE (BEWARE) If i could give this company No stars i would. Rodents are in the apartments and they take their time coming to help you get them out! The place was dirty when i moved in the unit. No working appliances but they still take your money and don't compensate you for the inconvenience. A waste of time trying to call anyone from the office, they never answer the phone.
