On August 1st, I contacted your company to address a matter and followed up with an additional email on August 2nd, with the intention of resolving the issue amicably. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a response to my communications. Additionally, I attempted to visit your listed address at 2304 W Hefner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73120, only to discover that it corresponds to a USPS building and not a physical office for your business. It appears that your customer service efforts are focused solely on acquiring new business, rather than supporting existing clients.
On July 30th, Greg was scheduled to perform services at our home, but he was unable to do so because no one was present. Following Greg’s advice, I reached out on August 1st to reschedule the service. Unfortunately, during this call, I encountered a staff member whose demeanor was both unprofessional and condescending. This negative experience was a significant factor in our decision to terminate services with your company immediately.
When we initially consulted with Greg in June, he assured us that we would not incur a cancellation fee in the event of relocation, particularly as a military family, provided we submitted proof of our new location. Greg specifically mentioned that if we moved out of the service area, the cancellation fee would be waived upon submission of appropriate documentation. We are now in a position to provide such proof, as we have received official military orders for a transfer to Korea this year.
Despite these assurances, a $200 cancellation fee has been incorrectly applied to our account by the aforementioned staff member. This charge is unauthorized and is not in accordance with the terms communicated to us by Greg. We were also charged $129 on Juy 30th for a full service that Greg was not even able to conduct due to nobody being at the property!
