My previous experience with this company has not been satisfactory. A small job was requested for Hugo and his team to complete. He gave me 3 different completion days. His team left the trash from the drywall on my property for six days. I called him, he did not answer. I texted him, 'Please come get this trash. Pleeassse'. He then called me back and said he was no longer completing the electrical work that he agreed to complete because he don't like being pressured by customers. I then told him it was not me pressuring him only me reminding him of the timeline he committed to being completed with the job. After two weeks of requesting he do the job, he finally came by and finished part of the job that he started. I recommend to anyone choosing this company, get a contract and audio record what you're asking him to do. In this experience he did not treat me as a valued customer. Although I provided a 5 star rating a month ago, I gave that rating hoping that I would have a reliable contractor who could assist me with my multiple small projects. It should have been a 3-star at best because he's never on time and de doesn't come on the time he commits to.
