Beware Durham Ladies!!!!
I booked an appointment earlier this week for full highlights and was quoted a price of $200 to $250. I went for my appt thinking I can afford this but once my hair was done Sophia told me I had to pay $450, I was so shocked!! I told her when I called to book the appointment I was quoted between $200-$250 what happened!! this is robbery!!! The explanation she gave me was really stupid saying the receptionist did not know what she was saying!! Freaking train your receptionist to give the proper information. So I wanted to alert all the ladies in Durham region even though you book an appointment pls ask the price before you have Sophia start on your hair!! Stay away from this Salon. Don’t want this to happen to anyone else especially if you are on a budget for your hair! I would not recommend this Salon to anyone in Durham!
