11-26-2022 I hired Bob for a porch replacement and paid a deposit. I kept trying to schedule a date, but he never gave me a start date.

4-26-2023 Due to Bob's failure to schedule a date and his lack of communication, I asked for a refund.

4-1-2024 Bob keeps promising the return of my money but has yet to do so. Every date he gives me passes with no refund.

I would not recommend doing business with him.
