Quinn charged me more than $1,700 to make a website for me. Took four months and then still not finished. Then he began to make unauthorized charges to my credit card. That is also known as stealing. As soon as I questioned anything- he never would return my calls.
No communication, but he thought he would continue with the unauthorized charges. Now I am left with a useless website and I can't transfer it over to my own control and server.
Quinn really hurt my family financially at the worse time possible. Just stay completely away from this person. Beware of anyone who demands payment in full upfront before providing any services.
