This is a huge fraudulent scamming company that needs to be shut down to protect the honest and hardworking civilians. As my family joined the Enchants Christmas event on 12/28/24, someone posed as the event organizer directed us to the nearby empty parking lot. Unbeknown to us, the Rebello's towing company came and tow our car at 10:20pm. As soon as we got the notification of towing, we got to their yard at around 10:50-11pm but yet they didn't allow us to pick up our car due to "holiday delay" until mischievously 12:01am (a minute past midnight) so that they can charge us a full $530 for a full day charge. So basically charging us $530 for 50 minutes of storage is their extortion scams that have been happening to a lot of people!
If anyone is a victim of their scam, please join our family to file the small claim court and/or class action to shut down the company for public good!
Also, for victims of Rebello's scam, please don't forget to file a complaint with BBB to help public awareness and get your hard-earned money back. I will try to look up their business license with the local government to report them and will update it in my review here when i find the info.
