Red automotive, don't go there GARBAGE SHOP.
Beware!!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I spoke to Katy and I have never met a person as unprofessional as she is.
When attempting to explain my issues with their work I was cut off repeatedly and unable to finish a single sentence.
Her response to my criticism was simply to yell over any attempt at conversation. She is unqualified and uneducated to represent this business on any level. Eventually she just repeatedly hung up on me refusing to answer ANY questions. Has no comprehension whatsoever on how to deal with people in a professional courteous manner. I explained that our conversation would be reflected in my review of Red Auto and was informed that they "do not care about customer reviews" When I expressed how unprofessional she was she started screaming that I was racist for saying that. I was truly shocked at that accusation and let her know that immediately. This was my last interaction with her. I have never spoken with her before this exchange and hopefully will never have to again.
A short time later a person named Alex who claimed to be the installer called me. His approach to customer service was almost identical to Katys. Would not let me finish a sentence and simply screamed at me. He then questioned if my " parents taught me any manners" as he continued to yell and interrupt me. He told me that I needed to bring my car in for him to look at. I explained to him that given my treatment by Katy I was not comfortable that I would be treated fairly by him or his company. He said that "no women would be working on my car and that their place is only behind the counter not touching cars" I took offense at that statement and told him so. I then explained I would have my own professional re-checking his work.That was the end of our communication.
I spent almost $3000 for work to my car that was not delivered as promised.The cost for the exhaust was approx $1400. There was other work done that is separate from this cost and is not part of my complaint. Only the exhaust is my issue. I paid for a FULL exhaust system and was only given an exhaust from the rear axles. Not even close to what I paid for. Definitely lied to about the work done. I had my mechanic question the work that I paid for and was told that it was NOT a full exhaust installed. I will never recommend this business to anyone and will definitely not return. A truly regrettable experience from start to finish and I am stunned by their behavior and approach to customer service. Save your hard earned money and spend it at a reputable trustworthy business. They show no concern to their customers once they have your payment.
