I live in Kawartha Lakes Ontario. Renewal by Andersen was a joy to deal with. From start to finish I felt like the company was there to look after my needs. All the people employed by Renewal by Andersen were very courteous and professional and very accessible when I needed their help. Be it answering all my questions and alleviating my concerns. From the Sales rep Rayon who was the first person I met, to Ricky who was the project manager, to the people in the office and the staff in the department who do the scheduling, they were all first rate to deal with and very accommodating I might add. They even went out of their way to advance my order when I asked them to. I had 7 windows and one front door replaced. The installers were Ivan G, Nikolay and Vlad. They made it like they were never in my way. They were all very polite and accommodating. I am not one for doing reviews. Now only time will tell if the products will stand up to Kawartha Lakes winters. The warranty offered by the company makes me feel at ease. BTW, I mistakenly wrote the review originally on the BC site in error.
