My daugher had the unfortunate experience of renting a property managed by BOLDst Real Estate dba Rent-LBK, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The rental home had severe water damage that was not disclosed prior to move-in, causing mold and a musty smell throughout the entire property. The air conditioning was constantly malfunctioning, leaving her sweltering in the heat with no relief in sight. To make matters worse, the property management was completely unresponsive to our complaints and requests for repairs. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone from BOLDst Real Estate dba Rent-LBK, and when we did, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It was clear that they had no regard for the well-being or comfort of their tenants. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting from BOLDst Real Estate dba Rent-LBK. The combination of water damage, AC issues, plumbing problems and many other items show negligent property management made for a truly miserable living situation. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a rental home.
