I have worked with Anat Elbaum for several years. Her style is not to tell me things, but rather help me figure things out. She has helped me understand myself and the reasons for certain behaviours and feelings. It was only after understanding this that I was able to move forward to make positive changes. These changes are noticeable to my family and to me. I am now much happier. I will continue on my journey with the help of Anat.
