I was very worried when Rocket bought out my former pest control company. I had problems with the 888 number as service was not good. However, I was able to connect with Kate Bragg in PSL who made my day. I have stayed with Rocket because of her and the excellent service that this company provides. Kate was able to cheerfully answer my questions, get me scheduled for a service and assure me that I am in good hands. I have NO bugs so this company has been phenomenal. Give them a try and ask for Kate to help you. She is the bomb!
