Rocket Towing and Recovery

I have never left a 1 star on a company but I am now. First off the workers are very professional so this has nothing to do with them but I promise you that you do not want to use this company because if anything goes wrong the owner is one of the worst to work with. I had a flat tire on my Honda the next morning the tow company towed my car to a tire place and there I went ahead and replaced both front tires just for good measure. As soon as I drove off the lot my car was pulling hard left and shaking. Took it to Mavis to check the alignment and see what had happened because I knew this was not like this before they towed it and put tires on the vehicle. Mavis informed me that my driver's tire rod had been bent forward and would need to be replaced most likely caused by something pulling on it forward toward the engine they suggested that the tow people would cause this damage because they had seen it many times before. Thought np I would call the company and they would fix this and we could get back on the road to a diabetic dog plus my wife was battling cancer. I called the company and they sent me over to the owner of the company. He sent his guy that done the damage in the first place out there to assist with the problem. He then had his guy turn the speaker on his phone in front of everyone in the shop and began telling me that I 100% hit something like a curb really hard and either didn't remember iT because I was drunk or I was just lying to him and not going to say. He then began to go on about being in the FBI lol and he had years of experience in investigating and the evidence proved I caused the damage that their guy clearly would have never hooked something there. Even with all the mechanics in that shop and one talking to him and telling him that this was caused by their company towing, he refused to pay. After I got off the phone I went into the waiting room at Mavis and two of the mechanics came in there and told me they had never witnessed such bullying for a company and that they were even very upset about how he treated me and my wife. I had to go ahead and get the tire rod fixed paid over 300 DOLLARS plus gas and had to take another day off work to take care of it the next day. I messaged the owner one more time to give him a second chance to fix the problem and he told me he would order a tire rod just for the hell of it and I could drive a 1 1/2 back up to Huntsville to pick it up few days but I would have to pay someone to put it on. I know people have been lucky enough to not have any damages done by them but I am telling you right now do not ever use this company I have never met such an arrogant owner of a business in my life. On top of all of this, my wife had to drive the car back not feeling good from dealing with cancer just because this guy wanted to be a bully. The amount of stress this has put on my wife and I you have no idea and even today she is hurting everywhere from all of the anxiety. This company is not a 4.9 due to its owner I have already talked to several people saying the same thing workers are nice to work with but the owner is very arrogant and hard to work with.
