Their technician charged $150 for a thermopile for my furnace which stopped working 4 months later. The problem was the thermopile which was... the original part! Obviously this room had never been changed. Despite the evidence of its error, Plomberie Chayer refused to reimburse me. Worse, his owner called me to insinuate that I was a fraud.
