My kitchen faucet had fallen apart on a Saturday. I called and made an appointment for someone to look at it on the Monday, knowing there was a $50 call out fee. The plumber who attended, Mitch, advised me that the bolt may be stripped and if he put it back together it would not be guaranteed. I was assuming that the cost to put the faucet back together with the call out fee would be around $100 to $150 for less than a half hour job, but no. I was quoted $366 to put the faucet back together without a guarantee, and $877 for a new faucet to be put in. I did not have them do anything. I purchased a Moen faucet on my own and had a friend put it in. Total cost was for the faucet of $200. Not sure what the cost of a faucet at Roto Router's was, but it must have been lined with gold. Excessive fees/cost - I do NOT recommend.
