Agent Tim Roy has been trying to pass off my father's waterfront to prospective buyers. This has led to numerous complaints to the Real Estate Board as well as Tim calling my 76 year old father "an interfering old bastard" because he has the temerity to not get scammed and not let others get scammed.

Royal Lepage's head office refuses to do anything about his completely unprofessional behavior leading me to conclude this company is a bunch of low rent scammers pretending at being businesspeople.
