Don't. Just don't.
I went with Royal Moving out of Nevada after looking for a long distance mover and them telling me OTHER movers were a scam. They are the scam. From my original location, the moving supervisor showed up hours late with the truck and that was after some local guys showed up from a Craigslist ad Royal Moving had put out to get movers to show up to my house. This was also after Royal Moving told me they thoroughly train their moving staff. How can they train their moving staff if they don't hire anyone until the day of the move?
Some of the movers loaded and delivered boxes upside down even though they only had to read the writing on the boxes to determine which side was the top of the box. But they're "thoroughly trained"? One mover was a kid that packed a box full of my dishes only to have it open when he moved it into the truck and dishes fell out and broke! The moving supervisor told him to leave.
After several hours of packing that went into the night (remember the truck was late to my house to begin with) the supervisor suddenly told me that my stuff was taking up a lot of room on the 18 wheeler moving truck. I told him I paid for a full truck and he told me that he was going to have to call it in and they were going to charge me a lot more because I had only "paid for so many squares on the truck". He told me that if I gave him some cash he wouldn't call it in to his company and then they wouldn't charge me more so I had to pay him $500 extra just so he could finish loading the truck I paid for already! Even when he finished loading the truck it wasn't completely full!
Not all of the breakables were wrapped so some ended up being delivered to my new house broken in pieces! They wrapped some plastic items but didn't wrap some glass items! "Thoroughly trained"?
Also, what they don't tell you is if you don't pay extra for insurance, then they only replace what they break at .60 per POUND! Not .60 per dollar. So if you have a big screen TV that costs $1500 but weighs 36 pounds and they break it, when you file a claim they pay you $21 for the whole TV!
Don't go with Royal Moving and Storage. You'll regret it.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Royal Moving, a long-distance moving company that I had hoped would make my relocation smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, they turned what should have been a straightforward move into a nightmare.
Broken Furniture and Damages:
To begin with, I was shocked to find that seven pieces of my furniture were damaged during the move. These were not minor scratches or dents but significant damage that rendered some items unusable. Two of my favorite lamps were broken, and there seemed to be no care taken to ensure their safe transport.
Unprofessional Conduct:
The movers displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. They arrived late without any notification or apology and seemed rushed and careless in handling my belongings. Their behavior was far from what I expected from a professional moving company, and it left me feeling uneasy about the entire process.
Lack of Cleanliness:
As if the damage and unprofessionalism were not enough, the movers did not clean up after themselves. They left packing materials scattered around my new home, adding an unnecessary burden to my already stressful move. I was left to dispose of the mess they created, which was both frustrating and disappointing.
Customer Service:
When I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, I was met with indifference. It seemed as though they were not interested in addressing the issues I faced, nor were they willing to offer any compensation or solutions for the damages caused. This lack of accountability only added to my dissatisfaction.
Conclusion:
Overall, my experience with Royal Moving was terrible, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. The combination of broken furniture, unprofessional conduct, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service made this move one of the worst I have ever experienced. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable and professional moving company.
