I have never in my life felt like such a liar as I was today at royal nail spa. I came back to get my nails redone after speaking with the lady on the phone and she said that I could get my nails redone.(they were broken after a couple of days) . When I went to leave after getting them done they were going to charge me full price. She asked for my receipt which I provided. She proceeded to pull up the camera footage and find when I was there, and when I was wrong about the date, she insulted my intelligence and took joy in pointing out my mistake. I have been getting my nails done here for quite some time and have spent quite a bit of money. She said they were running a business and could not redo them for free. If a job isn’t done right you wouldn’t expect to pay for it either. I would recommend going anywhere else, they have gotten sloppy with their work and lazy. She finally told us to go without paying as I kept telling her I was told to come back for a redo. She tried to explain that no one there would have told me that. Another accusation of me being a liar. Also, I just had my nails done 5 minutes ago and already found a flaw.
