rude and snappy customer service when the main ladies are not there. i may be in the wrong, but on days when i go in i’m welcomed and greeted with help in looking for whatever i need. on nights i’ve gone i’ve only ever walked out of the store feeling exaused. i understand working the evening hours, i’ve had 2 jobs having to do it myself. walking in seems like you are an inconvenience to those working. only shop during days now. my daughter was super interested in a gerbil ruffins had, she fell in love with it through the glass. hard to say no, so we asked for help in regards to making sure we would have everything. when receiving help from the only employee we could find (who was helping another customer) seemed very uninterested and unwilling to help because she had other work to do. no idea where the other employees were. broke my heart walking out without the gerbil. i did not want to take it home not knowing if it would live long. “i’ll be with you in one moment i cant split into two sorry.”
