I was shocked with the customer service of this place today!
Customer service representative sent me a message a few days ago to offer me to reschedule my appointment from coming Monday to this morning, and I was agree with it. But today, they told , this message was a mistake and they don't have a room for me, and there's nothing they can do to fix the mistake. The tone of receptionist was unpleasant and impatient. They left me without help with tooth pain and I just wasted my time for nothing.
