I received a large ceramic pot for Mother’s Day which had been purchased on sale for 20% off. I was told by staff member if I wasn’t happy with purchase we could exchange no problem. Yesterday when exchanging for EXACT SAME POT BUT DIFFERENT COLOUR manager would not honour sale price. I would not recommend dealing with a business that does not accept exchanges for same purchase price as this was not a cheap purchase. Very disappointed with their business policy! I will no longer be shopping there and do not recommend shopping there after this incident.
