I have no complaints about my stylist. Grace is top notch in customer care and service. However, your salon needs a good deep cleaning. Yes I saw the receptionist use a feather duster, but, there were dust bunnies under the stylists work station and dust and hair on the chairs. The products up front need more than a feather duster, they need a damp cloth wipe diwn
