From a slight pain in the back of my right knee to almost passing out, I needed help, now. This was on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. She had a cancellation. Holding my husband's arm I make it to her place. With a very light touch to the discs in my lower back and a "recognizable" yelp from me, she started her work. I've seen her for three consecutive weeks now and I can say with confidence that we are making good progress.
There doesn't seem to be any simple, silver bullet for sciatica. From her very thorough examination of my back, she explained that the lower park of my back is "blocked" - something that I have been aware of for years but never paid enough attention to. I am now taking particular supplements and drinking more water. It feels like it is working. She is both very personable and professional. If you have a similar experience or pain, get in touch with her. She knows what she is doing.
