I called on Saturday to book an appointment for Monday at 1:30pm. I got there on Monday and they asked me if I had an appointment and I told them yes I do. The nail spa was empty just two coworkers on their phones. They asked me what I wanted to do and the color which they then passed me the color palettes and I chose. They started dragging their feet to attend to me and called their boss and then started going back and forth and asking me questions which I had already answered. They didn’t want to help me and next time they should just state what races they attend to than dragging their feet when am the only client there.
