Hi our experience at Secret Garden
We booked the birthday package, not aware you can only use it on our birthday. The owner was able to accommodate that part. When we arrived, it was cold inside as well as outside, they requested us to take off our shoes to walk on the cold and dusty floor, and didn't provide slippers. Then we were told the 3 of us would be separated vs during booking. The massage and facial was a 3 out of 10, and for the almost $700.00 we spent, some heat would've been nice.
After the massage and facial we were told to shower, before getting into the hot tub, to find ourselves in a bathtub that was slick and dirty from previous user's, and it look like someone takes personal showers due to the head and shoulders left in the shower, there was no bath mat on the slick surface and the shower lining was filled with residue.
Next to last, we called ahead to ask if we could bring a bottle and just pay corking fee, and was told a full was on site, to find out it wasn't, pure disappointment. Lastly we ask for 30 minutes in the hot tub, and the owner sent someone to say it was time, as the 1st 15 min wasn't fully completed. I think we'll go to the four season next time.
