Horrible customer service from the front desk. Poor communication. We were originally told 7-10 days for repair. Today marks day 32!!! Absolutely terrible. We are having to continue to pay for a rental car because they have failed to get the car finished! I truly hope the repairs are fantastic because they’ve had 32 days to get it done.
