He's as slimy as they come. After the sale, you can expect him to completely ignore any follow up emails. He puts on a great show on social media, but he doesn't have connections outside of Saint John/KV. When asked what marketing strategy he has.. he admitted to not having one. Don't expect to get a copy of the final purchase and sale agreement from him, you'll have to go to the sellers real estate agent for that. This guy can't even provide a lawyer with the proper documents. And if you're selling, don't worry about having a professional real estate photographer potentially coming in.. he prefers his own mediocre photos. It saves him money in the end, not you. Anything to save a buck.
